Please Wear A Mask – I will have extra masks upon entry if forgotten. I will be wearing a mask during service.

DO NOT Bring Anyone With You – I ask that you please do not bring friends/family/children to the appointment.

Sanitize Upon Entry – I will have hand sanitizer so you may sanitize before and after your appointment.

Limit Conversation – During this time, we ask for minimal contact and conversation to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. People with these symptoms may have COVID-19:

• Fever or chills

• Cough

• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

• Fatigue

• Muscle or body aches

• Headache

• New loss of taste or smell

• Sore throat

• Congestion or runny nose

• Nausea or vomiting

• Diarrhea
